With over 20 years of experience in the Sport, Health, and Fitness industries, Kristen has dedicated herself to the achievement of excellence. Her passion lies in inspiring and assisting others to fulfill their personal potentials which she does with her own unique style, drawing on western science, natural therapies, eastern philosophies, and a good dose of life.
